Acanthus leaf style medallions

A collection of Neo-Classical styled medallions denoted by Acanthus Leaves from Ancient Greece and Rome.  Acanthus leaves are present in column capitals and adapted to medallions. On some models baguettes and egg and dart add beautiful elements. Acanthus Leaves are extensively employed in Early Georgian (1714-1765) Late Georgian (1765-1811), Regency (1811-1837), Federal-Empire (1780-1850). This exquisite medallion collection will enhance any sophisticated decor. They are best suited for classical chandeliers or for an eclectic style with a modern fixture. The IPMED186 is a Neo Classical style medallion denoted by Acanthus leaves. Great for hallways, powder rooms, fitting or small chandeliers with a canopy up to 5" (12.7cm). Neo-Classical style medallions are perfect for any decor from traditional to Beyond Modern decorating styles. This medallion is 16" (40.64cm). The center flat to the hole ring is 5" (12.7cm).  It is available in ArchPolymerTM (a synthetic plaster) for interior and exterior use.  For Vaulted ceilings specify Flexible ResinMold®.
